In Crisis?

If you are in a crisis situation, and you are worried you may hurt yourself or another, and are not able to stay safe, please do not hesitate to go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 for help. You can also contact trained crisis workers, 24/7, by contacting the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, who will listen and support you, as well as develop a plan to stay safe.

Call 1-800-273-8255 : to speak with a crisis worker on the Lifeline. They can also share information on local crises, mental health, and treatment resources in your area.
