Individual Session (60 mins): $180
Caregiver Support Session (60 mins): $180
Joint Session with Child and Caregiver (60 mins): $225
Consultation (prorated per 60 mins): $180

Therapeutic Service Commitment Requirements
Individual Session Frequency: At minimum, 2 individual sessions per month
Parent Support Session Frequency: At minimum, 1 parent support session every 2 months
Care-O-Van is a private pay therapeutic service and does not accept insurances
Accepted mode of payment: cash, checks, or electronic payment through Ivy Pay
Checks payable to Care-O-Van, PLLC
Payment is due at or before the start of each session
Itemized receipts available for insurance companies out of network services
